Questions such as “What deadlines are listed?” or “What budget does the brief specify?” work better than vague requests. The AI receives extracted text and is instructed to answer from that text, with references to source pages.

Find a detail in a dense document

A focused question is easier to verify than a broad request for everything in a file. Ask about a deadline, a section or a stated amount. The tool can only work from the text supplied within its character limit and cannot establish what an omitted appendix says.

Before you start

Answers are not a substitute for reading important passages. The model may be wrong, and text beyond the character limit is not available to it. If a question needs outside information, the answer cannot establish that information from the document alone.
