Using the service

You must have permission to upload and process your files. Do not use the service for unlawful content, malware distribution, unauthorized access, or attempts to bypass quotas or security controls. You retain ownership of your content and permit us to process it only to provide the requested service.

Service limits and outputs

File, page, daily processing and AI limits are shown on the pricing and tool pages. Conversion quality varies with the document. AI results can be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and keeping copies of important originals. Signature placement does not include identity verification or certificate-backed signing. Photo tools do not guarantee acceptance by any authority.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions renew at the disclosed monthly or annual price until cancelled. You can cancel renewal through the billing portal. Access continues through the paid period. Limits are usage allowances, not guaranteed processing capacity. Contact support regarding billing errors or refunds; nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights.

Availability

We maintain the service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or perfect conversion of every file. We may suspend abusive use, investigate security incidents or retire features with appropriate notice where required.
