How we protect your documents

Private access

Your files are not published on the website. Downloads require the session or account that owns the task. Uploads and downloads use an encrypted HTTPS connection.

Processing your documents

Standard conversion tools do not send your documents to external AI services. AI tools ask for your consent before sending extracted text to OpenAI.

Automatic expiry

Original uploads are removed after processing. Free outputs expire after 2 hours; Pro outputs after 7 days. You can delete a task sooner from the result card or workspace. Expired downloads are no longer available.

AI processing

When you choose an AI tool and consent, extracted text is sent to OpenAI. API requests are made with response storage disabled. Provider safety and abuse-retention policies may still apply. Never upload content you are not authorized to share.

Reporting a concern

Contact support@foliosprint.com with a description. Do not send API keys, passwords or sensitive documents in your first message.
