Make your slides easy to open
Convert PPTX, PPT and ODP presentations into a PDF for reading, review or printing. The result contains static pages from your slides.
Distribute a presentation as slide pages
PDF works well for a handout or an attachment that should open without presentation software. It represents static pages: animations, transitions and interactive elements do not behave as they do in the original slideshow. Keep the source deck for presenting or editing.
Before you start
Animations, embedded videos, slide transitions and interactive controls do not become interactive PDF features. Custom fonts may be substituted. Check title slides, charts and speaker-note expectations before sharing the output.
How to use PowerPoint to PDF
- Save your presentation
Use a PPTX, PPT or ODP file with your latest slide content.
- Create the PDF
Upload the presentation and start conversion.
- Review slide pages
Check fonts, charts, cropped images and slide order in the saved PDF.
PowerPoint to PDF questions
Will animations play in the PDF?
No. PDF output contains static slide pages. Use the original presentation when movement or interaction is part of the message.
Can I combine the slides with a separate report?
Convert the deck, then merge its PDF with the report using Merge PDF.
Can I export only selected slides?
Convert the deck and use Extract pages to keep the PDF slide pages you need. Check the resulting order before sharing.
What happens to my files?
Files are private to your session or account. Free downloads expire after 2 hours; Pro downloads after 7 days. You can delete them sooner from your workspace.
