Make an iPhone photo easier to upload
Some forms and older applications do not accept HEIC. Converting to JPG creates a widely supported still image. Conversion does not recreate detail missing from the source or preserve every camera-specific feature such as an accompanying motion sequence.
Before you start
The conversion exports a standard RGB image. Features such as HDR display, depth data and photo sequences are not retained as interactive image features. Check the output color and size, and keep originals when image quality matters.

Should I resize the image too?
Use Resize images if the destination specifies pixel dimensions. Format conversion alone does not set a required width or height.
What happens to my files?
